Thankfully my baby had no issues other than needing a little help with feeding, due to be prem. My doctors didn't check for accreta, they where flying blind, so hopefully that will help you get a good outcome. I totally understand the feelings of fear and worry, checking every time you go to the toilet. Little niggles that you wouldn't normally worry about. In the end it was three strong braxton hicks contractions that started this ball rolling.<br />Mrs. Mathewsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09287379158416640808noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3439277158183630376.post-73608331632069276842013-09-03T12:49:27.777+10:002013-09-03T12:49:27.777+10:00So sorry you had to go through this. I'm glad you have support around you. Thank you for sharing your story. I have complete placenta previa & the Dr said that one peice of the placenta on the US looks like accreta. I'm 30wks now & was just discharged from the hospital. I'm glad you're getting better. It sounds so scary. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I don't know why they didn't do more testing before hand to know if I had accreta. My family where so close to losing me. I'm very glad they were skilled enough, and had enough blood to save me. I'm very sure that God was on my side doing his bit to keep me here as well. Your story was and is of great encouragement to me, and helped me. Got to love those pressure stockings. And now I have finally got my bladder bag out, the many trips to the toilet. Bless you and your sweet family.Mrs. Mathewsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09287379158416640808noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3439277158183630376.post-64700805056236438082013-07-25T17:30:11.632+10:002013-07-25T17:30:11.632+10:00This comment has been removed by the author.Mrs. Mathewsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09287379158416640808noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3439277158183630376.post-86617547905103671532013-07-15T14:55:13.551+10:002013-07-15T14:55:13.551+10:00Wow! I'm so grateful that everything turned out well and I wish you a sweet recovery. Stories like yours are the reason we need to spread the word about accreta. Don't you just wonder how things might have been different if they had done a c-section at 34 weeks in a controlled operating room? I can't imagine how you felt, bleeding at home with your kids. That was my fear for months while I was on bed rest. Sweet woman-- you are a miracle!!! Your children are so blessed to have you!jeniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01353955201144145831noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3439277158183630376.post-35389821342788761722013-07-11T03:44:42.983+10:002013-07-11T03:44:42.983+10:00I am so glad you and your bubby are ok!!!
